Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support the Program Manager in administering the product development, production, and sustainment life cycle.

Responsibilities include maintaining project records, coordinating shipments, and creating program metrics reports using BI or other tools. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and an Associate's Degree, with Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years functional experience is required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and Project.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control assigned discrete projects or activities to ensure on-time completion.
  • Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and quality; ensure documents are current and stored properly.
  • Maintain project records, prepare status reports, take meeting minutes, and ensure accessibility of documents.
  • Assist Program Manager in maintaining positive internal and external relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing updates and clarifying details.
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate to project leadership as needed.
  • Adhere to ITAR, TINA, FAR, Export Compliance, EMD, Safety, and Security requirements.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement and promote positive changes within the company.

Job description

The Project Coordinator II is an entry-level positio n for a career in Project Management under the direct supervision of Program Manager or Program Director. The Project Coordinator will assist the Program Manager with administrative duties within the product development, production and/or sustainment life cycle.

The Project Coordinator II will support the Program Manager with the day to day operation of the program. This includes taking responsibility for verifying receipt/return of assets, expediting shipping of assets when required, initiating shipping requests, ensuring product is processed through the warehouse, monitoring receipt of parts from suppliers, and/or create program metrics reports using Business Intelligence or other tools to support the Program Manager. Additionally, other discrete project assignments related to the execution of the program, as needed.

  • Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and quality. Ensure project and product documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Assist Program Manager in maintaining positive relationships, both internal and external.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing updates and clarifying project details.
  • Able to identify potential project risks and elevate to project leadership.
  • Adhere to applicable ITAR, TINA, FAR, Export Compliance, EMD, Safety, and Security requirements.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement and promote positive changes within the company.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Associate's Degree is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. 5+ years functional experience may substitute.
  • 1-3 years functional experience is required.
  • Proficient skills in the use of MS Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and Project.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques.
