Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support the Program Manager in administering the product development, production, and sustainment life cycle.

Responsibilities include maintaining project records, coordinating shipments, and creating program metrics reports using BI or other tools. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and an Associate's Degree, with Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years functional experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and Project.
• Basic knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control assigned discrete projects or activities to ensure on-time completion.
• Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and quality; ensure documents are current and stored properly.
• Maintain project records, prepare status reports, take meeting minutes, and ensure accessibility of documents.
• Assist Program Manager in maintaining positive internal and external relationships.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing updates and clarifying details.
• Identify potential project risks and escalate to project leadership as needed.
• Adhere to ITAR, TINA, FAR, Export Compliance, EMD, Safety, and Security requirements.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and promote positive changes within the company.
