You will build robust program management plans, PMBs, and risk plans, while training teams on enterprise tools and processes. The role requires managing multiple projects with creativity and judgment to deliver solid proposals and execution plans.

You will guide cross‑functional teams, analyze financial data, and ensure adherence to documented plans and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Extensive program management experience in defense or related field.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through proposal processes for program start‑up excellence.
• Implement EVMS and provide enterprise‑level training.
• Conduct risk management workshops and support plan implementation.
• Analyze financial data including budgets, risks, and resources.
• Audit projects and develop corrective action plans.
• Identify best practices and share lessons learned across programs.
