Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to support project management and act as a liaison between project management, logistics, and clients. This role offers a pathway to becoming a Project Coordinator 2, or a Team lead.

Key responsibilities include organizing client requests, maintaining project documents, guiding client needs, and scheduling inputs based on sampling requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry.
• Associates degree or higher is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize client requests and project documents.
• Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy.
• Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department.
• Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needs.
• Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements.
• Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.
