Job summary

Kokolakis Contracting in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the project team's primary contact for administrative and accounting tasks. The role focuses on documentation management, invoicing, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, lien releases, and certified payroll/minority compliance tracking.

You will work with the Project Manager and accounts payable to process invoices, budget adjustments, and project closeout.

Qualifications

• Prefer someone with at least two years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with prevailing wage projects and LCP Tracker is a plus.
• An accounting degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Project maintenance utilizing ProCore and Intacct.
• Assist in the preparation of Owner pay applications, including any supporting documentation as required by the general contract.
• Issue Subcontracts (short and long form), Change Orders and Purchase Orders as directed by Project Manager.
• Work with Subcontractors, Project Team and Accounts Payable in processing project related invoices.
• Process project budget adjustments as requested by Project Manager.
• Assist with project closeout.
