The Project Coordinator (PC) will be the project team’s point of contact for all administrative and accounting related questions. The PC is responsible for managing project related documentation which includes processing invoices, commitments (subcontracts and purchase orders), change orders, lien releases, insurance and certified payroll/minority compliance tracking for each of their assigned projects. Managing project accounting deadlines are essential functions of this position.
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills and the ability to present information to supervisors, groups of clients, top management, or team.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are approximately, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
