SERVPRO of Sussex County North is hiring a Project Coordinator to serve as the customer liaison, identify project requirements, and organize project activities while supporting teammates. Self-motivation, organization, and strong customer service are essential for success in this role.

The role emphasizes coordinating with Project Managers to ensure accurate project documentation and timely communication across departments, along with handling accounts receivable responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
• Ability to communicate via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with customer and stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including status monitoring, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure thorough documentation from start to finish.
• Assist with other departments as needed.
• Accounts receivable, track invoices and follow up with adjusters, clients, homeowners for balances due.
