Job summary

SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim/Bellmawr is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as a customer liaison, identify project requirements, and support project administration in a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements.
• Ensure clear and efficient project communication with stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight, including monitoring status and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers for thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
