SERVPRO of Dover/Stillwater is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the customer liaison, identify project requirements, and organize project execution while supporting teammates. The role emphasizes communication, documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), at least 1 year in customer service or office work, multitasking ability, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.
• Must have a clean license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and efficient project communication with the customer and stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure thorough project documentation from start to finish.
• Assist with other departments as needed.
