Job summary

SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown is hiring a Project Coordinator to act as a liaison with customers, identify project requirements, and organize project tasks. The role is 100% onsite and requires strong organization and customer service skills.

You will support project managers, review site documentation, and help ensure accurate project records from start to finish. This environment emphasizes collaboration, reliability, and meticulous communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
