SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as a liaison for customers, identify project requirements, and organize projects while supporting teammates. A self-motivated, organized candidate with strong customer service skills will thrive in this environment.

The role involves coordinating communications with customers and stakeholders, overseeing daily projects, and working closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate documentation and cross-department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and/or office experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, auditing, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure thorough documentation from start to finish.
• Assist with other departments as needed.
