SERVPRO Team Locandro is seeking a well organized Construction Coordinator in a fast-paced environment to oversee project coordination, customer communications, and documentation. You will manage schedules, permits, estimates, and reporting while coordinating with subcontractors and clients to ensure timely project completion.

The role emphasizes accurate file management, budget updates, and proactive communication across teams to support emergency restoration services nationwide.

Qualifications

• Three years of office experience in construction, HVAC, or roofing preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering/architecture or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail oriented with accuracy and quality; able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Clean driving record and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service and manage the customer experience to meet requirements.
• Enter lead/jobs into the operating system and verify project information for accuracy.
• Maintain clear customer communications and support project scope and estimates.
• Distribute estimates to all necessary parties and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Schedule inspections with building departments and obtain permits as needed.
• Update budgets, materials, schedules, and reports; support project close-out and collections.
