Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or 5–10 years related experience.
• Experience with accounting and job costing required.
• Strong MS Office Suite and project management tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of project controls and administration.
• Create and modify cost estimates, invoicing templates, and cost tracking.
• Track costs, percent complete, and communication of cost status to project team.
• Manage monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) process for PMs.
• Maintain customer invoicing files and electronic billing documentation.
