Job summary

Brice Environmental Services Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist III to manage cost tracking and status reporting for environmental and construction Federal contracts across multiple sites, including Omaha, NE. This on-site role emphasizes cost control, billing support, and training on Cost+ project management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Cost+ controls, experience with Deltek Cost Point, and strong MS Excel/Word skills, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years’ experience in Cost+ project controls.
• Experience with Deltek Cost Point software, DCAA/DCMA contracting, MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with electronic invoicing systems and government contracting requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Track and report project costs across multiple sites.
• Prepare cost reports and ETC tools to support EAC forecasts.
• Analyze cost and schedule performance for forecasting and indirect rate calculation.
• Perform monthly expense trend and budget vs. actual analyses.
• Support PO/subcontract setup to track costs and purchases.
