Job summary

Brice Environmental Services Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist II to support cost tracking, invoicing, and project budgets. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Project and MS Office, and the ability to coordinate with PMs and finance staff. You will work on multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while maintaining quality and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or 5–10 years of related experience.
• Experience with accounting and job costing is required.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office Suite expected.
• Knowledge of construction vocabulary and terms preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify project cost estimates, receivable invoices, and cost tracking templates.
• Prepare monthly client invoice packages and coordinate with accounting.
• Monitor project costs to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Track commitments, incurred costs, and schedule updates.
• Assist in writing client status reports and field procurement support.
• Maintain organized filing for billing documents and EAC processes.
