Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project controls, experience with Viewpoint Spectrum or similar ERP, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project controls or construction accounting.
• Experience with ERP and project management systems like Viewpoint Spectrum or HeavyJob/HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead project setup and cost-tracking across multiple projects.
• Manage billing, cost codes, and forecasting efforts.
• Provide financial guidance and reporting to project teams.
• Develop and maintain WIP, EAC forecasts, and cost projections.
