Job summary

Brice Environmental Services Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist III to manage cost tracking, reporting, and ETC/EAC tooling on environmental and construction Federal contracts. This on-site role supports multiple offices including Omaha, NE, and requires cost control expertise and strong communication.

You will analyze cost data, prepare reports, and assist with invoicing and close-out activities while ensuring compliance with contract terms and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Cost+ project controls; 5–15 years in project controls.
• Experience with government contracting (DCAA/DCMA) and MS Excel/Word.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Track and report project costs.
• Develop ETC tools to support EAC process.
• Analyze cost/schedule performance for forecasting.
• Prepare monthly expense trend and budget vs. actual analyses.
• Understand contract terms related to billing, scope, milestones.
• Support PO/subcontract setup to track costs.
• Assist in customer invoicing with backing and approvals.
• Close-out projects with proper cost coding and compliance.
• Serve as training lead for Cost+ project management.
