Job summary

Brice Environmental Services Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist III to manage all aspects of project cost tracking and status reporting. The role is on‑site with multiple office locations including Omaha, NE, and involves hands‑on support of government contracts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in cost+ project controls, experience with Deltek Cost Point, and strong MS Excel/Word skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years’ cost+ project controls experience.
• Experience with Deltek Cost Point, DCAA and DCMA government contracting, MS Excel and MS Word, electronic invoicing.
• Valid state driver’s license and able to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to pass a drug, driving and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Track and report project costs.
• Prepare cost reports and development of ETC tools to support EAC.
• Analyze cost and schedule performance, forecasting and indirect rates.
• Support subcontract setup and project invoicing.
• Provide team training on Cost+ project management.
