Dow is seeking a Project Controls Lead in Houston, TX to oversee cost, schedule and risk management for major capital projects. You will partner with engineers, construction and procurement teams to drive performance, governance and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in project controls, engineering, manufacturing, construction or related discipline.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting and project performance analysis.
• Ability to influence teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead application of project controls processes, tools and best practices to improve cost, schedule and performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on steering team and provide trusted advisory to project leadership.
• Direct and develop Project Controls resources for full project lifecycle (FEL through construction).
• Forecast, cost reporting, schedule analysis and performance measurement.
• Deliver monthly project reports and executive reviews; ensure document quality and consistency.
• Drive meaningful project insights to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
• Provide status reporting for internal and external stakeholders across all stages.
