Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or 10 years of relevant experience in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead effective application of Project Controls processes, tools, and best practices to improve cost and schedule.
• Serve as the Project Controls leader on the Project Steering Team and a trusted advisor to project leadership.
• Provide leadership to Project Controls resources across full project execution, FEL, Detailed Engineering, and Construction.
• Monitor project workload demands and identify resource needs, escalating as required.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, schedule analysis, and performance measurement.
• Complete Project Controls deliverables for monthly project reports and executive reviews.
• Own the quality and integrity of all Project Controls deliverables.
• Drive development of meaningful project insights to manage risks and opportunities.
• Provide reporting of project status, including forecasting for all stages.
• Support IPA reviews and other project assurance activities as required.
• Oversee Change Management work process and communication of impacts.
• Utilize project performance metrics to monitor health and identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish and monitor Management Intervention thresholds and corrective actions.
• Foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
