Dow in Houston, Texas is seeking a Project Controls Lead to drive cost and schedule performance across complex capital projects. You will partner with engineers, design, construction, procurement, and business stakeholders to integrate cost, schedule, risk, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will act as the Project Controls expert within Dow's Global Project Methodology, delivering insights to support informed decisions.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree is required; 10+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Ability to influence project teams without direct reporting lines.

• Lead application of Project Controls processes to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide direction to Project Controls resources across full project execution.
• Deliver accurate project forecasting, cost reporting, and schedule analysis.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive proactive risk management.
