Dow Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Lead in Houston, Texas to drive cost and schedule performance on large capital projects. You will lead forecasting, risk management, and governance, partnering with Project Engineers, Design, Construction and Procurement to deliver safe, reliable project outcomes.

You will operate within Dow's Global Project Methodology, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights to guide decisions across FEL, Detailed Engineering and Construction phases.

Formación

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree; alternatively 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the application of Project Controls processes to improve cost, schedule, and performance.
• Provide leadership to Project Controls resources across the project lifecycle.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, and schedule analyses for monthly reviews.
• Ensure quality and integrity of all Project Controls deliverables and insights.
