Job summary

Dow Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Controls Lead to drive cost, schedule, and risk management on major capital projects.

You will lead the Project Steering Team and partner with Project Engineers, Design, Construction, and Procurement to integrate cost, schedule, risk forecasting, and change management. The role requires strong leadership, a bachelor's degree (or 10 years experience in lieu), and proven ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10 years experience accepted in lieu.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Controls, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related field.
• Ability to influence without direct reporting line; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead application of Project Controls processes to improve cost and schedule.
• Provide leadership on PST and Design Team.
• Forecasting, cost reporting, schedule analysis.
• Own the quality and integrity of project deliverables.
• Support IPA reviews and project assurance activities.
• Oversee Change Management and its impacts on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
