Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Ability to influence project teams and stakeholders without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of Project Controls processes, tools, and best practices to improve cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on the Project Steering Team and advisor to project leadership.
• Provide direction to Project Controls resources for the full project lifecycle: FEL, Detailed Engineering, and Construction.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, schedule analysis, and performance measurement.
• Own the quality and integrity of all Project Controls documents and deliverables.
