Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; or 10+ years of relevant experience in project controls, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Ability to influence project teams and stakeholders without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead application of Project Controls processes, tools, and best practices to improve cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on the Project Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide leadership to Project Controls resources across full project execution stages.
