Dow Inc. in Houston, Texas, seeks a Project Controls Lead to guide cost, schedule, risk, and governance across capital projects. You will join the Project Steering Team, partnering with engineers, construction, procurement to drive safe, predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Ability to influence project teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of Project Controls processes, tools, and best practices to improve cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on the Project Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide direction to Project Controls resources through full project execution, FEL, Detailed Engineering, and Construction.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, schedule analysis, and performance measurement.
• Own the quality and integrity of all Project Controls documents and deliverables.
• Communicate meaningful insights to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
