Job summary

Brice Incorporated in Alaska is seeking a Project Controls Administrator to lead project financial administration across multiple projects and business units, ensuring cost control, forecasting, and data integrity.

The role partners with project management, operations, and accounting to implement standardized processes, provide financial guidance, and deliver accurate WIP, EAC, and revenue forecasts while supporting annual budgeting and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, construction accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with WIP reporting and EAC forecasting.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Experience with ERP/project management systems such as Viewpoint Spectrum or HeavyJob/HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead project setup and cost tracking within ERP and project management systems.
• Maintain and improve project setup standards, workflows, and controls.
• Administer project controls systems, including user access and data integrity.
• Execute cost tracking, ensuring alignment of budgets, commitments, costs and forecasts.
• Manage cost structures, codes, and phase adjustments.
• Analyze financial data, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide financial guidance and reporting to project teams.
• Lead accounts receivable and billing activities, including invoicing and collections support.
• Administer subcontract financial processes and intercompany billing.
• Develop and maintain WIP, EAC forecasts, revenue forecasts and project reports.
• Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and pipeline forecasting.
• Lead year-end closeout activities and ensure GL alignment.
