SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Project Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team in a hybrid/remote-friendly role. The position focuses on energy project site civil design, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.

Candidates should lead projects, manage junior staff, and engage in business development. Experience in multiple office locations is welcomed, including Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Chicago, Jacksonville, or Houston.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Four years of civil engineering experience in site civil design and stormwater.
• Professional Engineer license in applicable states or ability to obtain.

• Oversee technical tasks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Design stormwater systems and erosion control measures.
• Guide cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients.
• Prepare construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory submissions.
