Job summary

Environmental Works, Inc. seeks an Invoice Manager to ensure accurate project setup, invoicing support, and timely billing across offices and teams.

You will review contract and proposal information, create project records, and assist with WIP and revenue reporting. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Client Managers, field teams, and accounting to maintain client billing requirements, monitor billing status, and resolve issues before invoices are issued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two+ years of administrative, billing, invoicing, accounting, project coordination, or revenue operations experience preferred.
• Accounting experience or coursework is a plus.
• Experience with Deltek systems (Ajera, Vision, Vantagepoint) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review contract, proposal, and project information to support accurate setup and billing in company systems.
• Prepare, review, and process project invoices accurately and timely.
• Enter and review daily project data for costing and client billing records.
• Monitor billing status and assist with WIP moves, invoice revisions, and billing corrections.
• Communicate with Project Managers and Client Managers regarding contracts, changes, approvals, and backup documentation.
• Support revenue reporting and project profitability analyses.
