Qualifications

• BCom Accounting degree or related field with 4-6 years of experience.
• Ability to work US hours (14:00 - 23:00) and proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Adobe, and bulk invoicing is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve customer account setups, ensuring all billing details and contract terms are accurate.
• Prepare and submit invoices through multiple portals, maintaining clear communication with internal teams.
• Monitor collections, process payments, and handle billing voids or write-offs with proper approvals.
