Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tact and persistence.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and desktop publishing tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support installation contract business under direct supervision.
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing activities.
• Prepare and submit billings and related documentation.
• Reconcile costs and assist with subcontract processing.
• Assist accounts receivable disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
