Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produces project and client specific contract/task orders in an invoice deliverable package with Project Managers to meet compliance/accuracy requirements.
• Performs monthly financial analysis and gross revenue reconciliation of costs invoiced vs. revenue earned on contract projects.
• Reviews Client Invoice Mapping (CIM), billing notes, and PWP terms; updates CIM timelines with clients.
• Performs weekly reconciliations of AR vs. approved invoice status.
• Maintains tracking files for subconsultant costs and ensures payments are released.
• Monitors delinquency balances and provides updates with possible resolutions.
