Connection is seeking a detail-oriented Project Billing and Financial Operations Analyst to support service projects through accurate setup, invoicing, and expense monitoring. You will collaborate with project managers, operations, and finance to resolve questions and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, SOX controls alignment where applicable, and maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience supporting billing, invoicing, project accounting, finance operations, or project administration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and expense management processes.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain service projects in the company ERP system, ensuring accuracy of project data and billing terms.
• Review invoices and supporting docs; prepare accurate invoices for timely submission.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure proper coding and alignment with budgets and contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and finance to resolve questions and improve processes.
• Maintain organized billing records to support audit readiness and reporting needs.
• Assist with process improvements to increase billing accuracy and reduce delays.
• Support additional projects as business needs evolve.
