Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Project Controls Specialist role in the United States. The position focuses on accurate project finances, billing management, and closeout across complex infrastructure projects.

You will support project teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' admin experience, 1 year of informal leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing systems.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of administrative experience supporting project teams
• At least 1 year of informal leadership, mentoring, or peer support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing systems

Responsibilities

• Set up projects, create sales orders, and book purchase orders in NetSuite
• Manage project budgets, including exception reviews, budget true-ups, and WIP support
• Oversee customer billing, process credits, and ensure invoice accuracy
• Monitor completed projects for proper closeout and financial compliance
• Review accounts receivable aging and drive resolution of outstanding balances
• Support project teams with administrative tasks and other duties as required
• Maintain accurate financial information and pursue process improvements
• Uphold safety and a customer-focused collaborative environment
