Temple University is seeking a Project Architect Manager for its Planning and Capitol Projects Department in Philadelphia, PA. Position Summary: Reporting to the Associate Director of Planning & Design, the manager will oversee planning, design, and construction administration for various building projects, from pre-construction to close-out. The role involves collaboration with architects, support staff, facilities, and operations teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and contributing to departmental operations.

Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; knowledge of building codes, zoning, permitting; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to develop graphics and coordinate project occupancy.
Additional responsibilities include supporting facilities management, developing project plans, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The position requires a DMV license check and operates under a hybrid work arrangement at the discretion of Temple University.
