Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Plastics Engineer supporting our European facility and our future US location, requiring frequent travel. The engineer will oversee the design and development of plastic components, manage projects, support and troubleshoot injection molding processes, conduct R&D on new polymers and technologies, and ensure quality and safety standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for product innovation and new product commercialization.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in injection molding processes
• Proficiency in plastics engineering and polymers
• Strong R&D skills
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Plastics Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
