  6. Track project scopes for contract compliance and potential additional services.
  7. Manage personal workload and team efforts to meet project deadlines, with occasional guidance from team leaders.
  8. Guide and mentor less experienced staff.
  9. Coordinate all project efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
  10. Serve as primary contact with clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.
  11. Build and maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients.
  12. Coordinate with Business Development to attend client events and fundraisers.
  13. Participate in office and regional staffing meetings.
  14. Assist in winning new work.
Qualifications
  1. 5-15+ years of experience, with at least 3 years managing multidisciplinary architecture projects.
  2. Degree from an accredited university in Architecture or Design.
  3. Professional licensure process nearing completion.
  4. Proficiency with Revit, Enscape or similar software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  5. Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
  6. Proven ability to lead project teams and manage schedules, budgets, and programs.
  7. Strong communication skills.
  8. Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred; familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
