Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) for the 5th Floor Intermediate unit at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating patient plans, and ensuring safe, therapeutic environments.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS or ACLS certification preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and develop care plans to improve outcomes.

• Administer medications safely according to policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient care.
