Job summary

Mercy Health’s St. Joseph Warren Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Progressive Care (Step-down). You will assess patients, coordinate care between Med-Surg and ICU, and develop and adjust care plans to improve outcomes in a caring, faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop a plan of care.
• Implement treatment and evaluate effectiveness to improve outcomes.
• Serve as patient care coordinator across hospital departments.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
