StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to manage post-sales client relationships, drive user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, and optimize campaigns for ROI. You will work with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results across campaigns.

The role emphasizes RTB/programmatic expertise, strategic advisory, and opportunities to travel up to 20% for meetings and reviews. Remote-first role with Canada location preference.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience (DSP, Ad Network)
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
• Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads or via a DSP as a self-serve user

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across verticals
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
• Provide regular reporting on goals and optimize to meet KPIs
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP and troubleshoot pixels
• Identify upsell opportunities and improve tools, procedures and reports
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend new opportunities
• Lead in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs and training sessions
• Provide strategic thought leadership as a trusted advisor to clients
• Travel up to 20% of the time
