StackAdapt is a remote-first company seeking a Client Services Manager to grow client adoption, manage campaigns, and maximize ROI. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes across the customer journey.

The role leverages RTB/programmatic expertise to optimize campaigns and provide strategic solutions, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience.
• 2+ years managing client relationships preferred.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for a portfolio of clients across verticals.
• Design campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up traffic campaigns on StackAdapt DSP and manage tags/pixels.
• Identify upsell opportunities and improve tools and reports for efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize opportunities.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, QBRS, and training sessions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
