The position requires a Bachelor’s, six+ years of related experience, and proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; six years of related experience are required.
• Master's degree preferred or/and can substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and project controls is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to deliver results in a high-profile, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing administrative functions for capital projects and department operations.
• Coordinate budgeting, procurement requests, and timecard management.
• Develop data reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support data management and system improvements for project management.
• Identify issues, provide recommendations, and follow through on resolutions.
• Support budget activities and requests for capital projects.
