Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; fourteen years of project management experience in senior roles preferred.
• Proven leadership, judgment, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direction of PSA, GCM, and other Capital Program projects.
• Coordinate with MTA Stakeholders, Amtrak, FRA/FTA and other agencies.
• Lead a team to manage scope, schedule, and budget and resolve project issues.
