Job summary

MTA Construction & Development is seeking a Senior Program Support Administrator (Systems) to partner with senior management, analyzing data and providing recommendations for capital projects. Based at 2 Broadway in New York, the role requires strong analytical and reporting skills and the ability to manage complex information.

Open to telework one day per week; 7.5-hour days and potential after-hours travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of related experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of capital project management processes preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, analyze, and present data for capital projects and department oversight.
• Create detailed management reports, spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards.
• Perform data integration from multiple sources ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
