Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a Manager, Program Support to oversee administrative functions for the Delivery/LIRR division. The role includes budgeting, procurement, timecard management, and data analysis to enable timely decisions and high-quality work products.

The ideal candidate has at least six years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's preferred. Telework is available one day per week, and travel may be required.

• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and project controls.
• Analytical experience in capital projects or departmental operations preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing administrative functions for capital projects and business operations.
• Support budget administration, procurement requests, and payment coordination.
• Coordinate timecard, space, vehicle, training, travel, and overtime management.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and support presentations for senior management.
