Job summary

MTA Construction & Development is seeking a Manager of Program Support to help oversee capital program support functions and data-driven decision making. You will assist in budgeting, procurement coordination, and timecard management, supporting staff across the Delivery/LIRR division.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience; a Master’s degree is preferred or can substitute for two years of experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of related experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or a related field may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing administrative functions for capital project budget administration and procurement requests.
• Coordinate with related parties throughout C&D to support project management and business operations.
• Develop and prepare data analyses, reporting, and presentations for senior management.
• Support budget activities and requests for capital projects within a business unit.
• Maintain data and document management for project management systems as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 6 years of related experience

Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
