Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and monitor service delivery to meet grant objectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day program operations including intake and service plans.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and audits to ensure records accuracy.
• Maintain program compliance and documentation of procedures.
• Assist Director with policy implementation and staff training.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
