Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Program Supervisor II in Los Angeles to supervise program staff, oversee intake, service plans, and delivery of services to clients. The role emphasizes data quality, KPI attainment, and collaboration with stakeholders.

The position requires fingerprint clearance, on-site work, and experience supervising in a social services setting. A degree in social work or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Ability to work under emotional stress with challenging clients.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (2 years).
• 12 months supervisory experience in a social services setting.
• Master of Social Work or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff to meet grant objectives and KPI targets.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, intake, and service plans.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and monthly file audits.
• Ensure compliance with VOALA policies; maintain documentation.
• Train and mentor staff; support policy implementation.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
