Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor I to oversee program staff, monitor service delivery, and ensure contract-driven KPI achievement. This on-site role coordinates intake, service plans, and client services while maintaining compliance with policies and funder requirements.

Ideal candidates have an associate’s degree, 6 months of supervisory experience in social services, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 6 months of supervisory experience in a social services organization.
• Ability to pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Experience working with diverse populations and collaborating with partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program staff to achieve grant objectives and KPI targets.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, intake, and service plan delivery.
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly file audits.
• Ensure compliance with VOALA policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor staff; collaborate with community partners.
