Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor I to lead program staff, coordinate intake and service delivery, and ensure compliance with grant objectives and daily KPI targets. The role emphasizes on-site operations, data quality, and collaboration with the Director and community partners.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in social services, an associate degree or equivalent, and the ability to manage records and train staff in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in social services or related field.
• Experience supervising staff in a social services setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff to meet grant objectives and daily KPIs.
• Coordinate intake, service plans, and delivery of services to clients.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and audits for records accuracy.
• Ensure program compliance with VOALA policies and procedures.
• Mentor staff and coordinate outreach with community partners.
• Support Director with policy implementation and staff training.
